I bought Photoshop Elements Mac version by mistake

It should be possible to start an on-line chat to request a platform swap. Downloads are single platform and a Mac serial number will not work with windows. Only the boxed version is multi-platform with disks for Windows & Mac.

What exact version of PS Elements. I have a copy of the 2020 version and it is for both Windows and Mac.

Download the Windows version, use the same serial number.
