Photoshop Elements 11 (Mac OSX El Captain) が立ち上がらない

Photoshop Elements 11(Mac OSX El Captain) が先回のシステム終了時に正常終了せず強制終了してシステム終了したのですが、今朝Photoshop Elements 11を立ち上げようとしたら立ち上がらなくなりました。解決法をご存知の方がありましたら、ご教示お願い致します。

    CS6 and earlier programs have not been tested and will not be updated for Mac El Capitan/Sierra

    -which means that you try to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems due to Apple updates

    -Adobe fix to Apple's problem https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

    -install OLD Java runtime if needed https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1572?locale=en_US

    システムを再起動したら、Photoshopも立ち上がるようになりました。お騒がせ致しました。
