photoshopelements2018がインストール出来ません。

インストールが止まって、リンク誘導されるのですが英語で読む気力がありません。風邪で体中が痛くてチャットサポートも打ち込みが遅いので、こちらに流されて来ました。一昨日買ったパソコンと昨日買ったelements2018です。
