アドビelement１０　映像を取込み編集を試みましたが、映像が真っ白で出ません。音声は生きています。解決方法を教えて下さい。

宜しく、お願いします。

使用PCは、dynabook  OS:Windows10-Home CPU:Intel　Core　i7-5500U メモリー：16GB

element10アプリケーションを開くと、「互換性のないディスプレイダライバーが検出されました。再生パフォーマンスを高品質及び高速にするには、ディスプレイダライバーを更新してください。」と出ましたので、ネットで調べて更新しました。が、何にも改善されませんでした。ご伝授の程、宜しくお願い致します。

    2nd, Dual video problems - Do you have dual graphics adapters?

    Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed
