ユーチューブに画像をアップしたいのですが、ファイル形式が違うのでアップ出来ませんとの表示になります。ちなみにファイル形式はprelです。

The .prel file is your project file. It is not a video, so you will not be able to upload the .prel to YouTube.

To upload to YouTube, you must output a video from your project. How you do that depends on which version of the program you are using.
