まず、OSとそのバージョンを教えてください。

・同期するとは、映像クリップと音声クリップをリンクさせるということでしょうか。

・同期する映像クリップと音声クリップは複数組ありますか。それとも映像クリップが複数、音声クリップは1個でしょうか。

・複数の映像と音声の位置関係が分かるスクリーンショットを提示頂けますか。

一般的に、映像クリップと音声クリップをリンクさせるには、

①映像クリップと音声クリップを時間軸でずれがないようにどちらかのクリップの位置を基準にして他方のクリップの位置を修正します。

②どちらかのクリップを選択し、「Shift」キーを押しながら他方のクリップの上で右クリックして開いたコンテキストメニューから「オーディオとビデオをリンク」を選択します。

③映像クリップと音声クリップがリンクされます。

Premiere Elements does not have an automatic way to sync tracks of video or audio like Premiere Pro and other more expensive software..  It has to be done manually.
