Premiere Proで、キャプションをグラフィックにアップグレードした後にテキストを修正すると、修正内容が勝手に修正前の状態へ戻る不具合が発生しています。

再現手順

動画の文字起こしを行う
文字起こしからキャプションを作成する
作成したキャプションを「グラフィックにアップグレード」する
タイムライン上のグラフィック化されたテキストを順番に修正する
テキストを続けて修正していると、不具合が発生する

実際に発生する症状

テキストを修正して次のテキストを編集していると、1つ前に修正して確定したテキストが、突然修正前の内容に戻ることがあります。

また、現在入力・修正しているテキストについても、入力中に突然修正前の内容へ戻ることがあります。

特定のプロジェクトだけではなく、複数のプロジェクトで同じ症状が発生します。

本来の動作

一度修正・確定したテキストはその内容が保持され、別のテキストを編集しても修正前の内容へ戻らないこと。

バージョンを変更して検証した結果

Premiere Pro 26.3.2：不具合が発生
Premiere Pro 26.3：不具合が発生
Premiere Pro 26.0.1：不具合が発生しない

26.0.1では、同じ手順でテキストを修正しても現在のところ症状は発生していません。

また、以前使用していたMacでも同様の症状が発生していました。今回、新しいMacにCreative CloudからPremiere Proを新規インストールして確認しましたが、26.3および26.3.2では同じ症状が発生します。

キャプションをグラフィックにアップグレードした後のテキスト編集、および26.0.1以降のバージョン変更との関連について確認をお願いいたします。
