最新の23.1で動画をエンコードしたのですが、ファイル形式が合わずメディアを再生出来ません

すでにリプライにあるように、Ver.23.1の不具合のようです。私も同じ現象が起きました。

私の場合、いったん、Ver.23.0にダウングレードすることで解決しました。（Creative Cloud Desktopで簡単にダウングレードできます。）

ご投稿後にすでにご覧になられているかもしれませんが、おそらくこちらの問題が影響しているのではないかと思います。
