Creative Cloud　シリアルコードについて

Question

去年（2019-01-01~2019-12-31）の内に３００枚のアセットを登録し、なおかつ５０パーセント以上の合格率を達成した人にCreative Cloudプラン１年分を提供しますとの情報があったのですが、
未だにシリアルコードが届いておりません。
もう少し時間がかかるのでしょうか？
