マイライブラリーに作成していないライブラリ（0アイテム）が大量に作成されるのですが

設定でどうにかならものでしょうか？

    Hello,

    When you are viewing your libraries on the Adobe Stock site you will only see Adobe Stock items in the library. If your library contains other items, like brushes or other Creative Cloud items. You can see all items in your libraries on the Creative Cloud assets pages: https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
