解約後のダウンロード権利について

こんにちは。はじめて質問させていただきます。

Adobe Stockで契約後、いったん不要になったた、残ダウンロード数が残ったまま月額プランを解約しました。

 

ダウンロード数が残っていても、月額プラン解約後は0になるとサポートから聞いていたのですが、ログイン後Adobe Stockにアクセスすると、解約後もAdobe Stockの画面右上にあるダウンロード数が残ったままでした。

 

これらは解約後でもダウンロード可能なのでしょうか？また可能な場合、期限があるのでしょうか？

 

サポートへ聞こうと思いましたがいつも混雑していて聞けないので、もし知っている方がいればご教授いただけますと幸いです。

    Hi there, 

    When you can cancel your Adobe Stock subscription the un-used licenses forfeit, however, you can still use the assets that you have licensed. They will remain with you. There is no timeframe for that.
