[Hardware]- Shortcuts to switch between windows in XD NOT Work

下記のページに記載の、「Windows（ファイル間）の切り替え」のショートカットキーがうまくききません。

「Windows（ファイル間）の切り替え」⌘-チルダ（~）

 

xdは最新版（ver.25.1.12.7）、キーボードはapple純正の日本語仕様のものです。

他のショートカットは問題ないのですがなぜかこれだけ・・・

macの環境設定側のショートカット設定はしたことがないですが、他のアプリが競合しているのか・・・

同じような方はいらっしゃいませんでしょうか。。

    adobe チャットサポートに問い合わせしたところ、不具合だそうです。

    サポートから修正リクエストを送ってもらっており、合わせて指示があり下記に書き込みを行いました。

    投票が多ければ速やかな修正が行われる・・・かどうかはわかりませんが、一応共有させていただきます。

    adobe チャットサポートに問い合わせしたところ、不具合だそうです。

    サポートから修正リクエストを送ってもらっており、合わせて指示があり下記に書き込みを行いました。

    投票が多ければ速やかな修正が行われる・・・かどうかはわかりませんが、一応共有させていただきます。

    Hi Harshika,

     

    Thank you for replying.

    I saw URL you gave me but I can't solve this problem.

    Also, I wasn't able to find Elaine's comment.... ;(

     

    When I want to input tilde(~), at the same time I should press shift key.

    (Otherwise "^" should be input.)

    So I tried to press command + shift + ^(~) but it didn't work.

    いただいたurlを確認しましたが、Elaineさんのコメントを見つけられず、まだ解決できていません。

     

    チルダ(~)を入力する際、shiftキーを押さないと^になるので、

    command + shift + ^　のショートカットも試しましたが機能しませんでした。。。
