[Share]-XDのプレビューにフォントが反映されない

XDで［Nobel-Book / Nobel-Bold］フォントが反映されません。

デスクトップのXDで［Nobel］に設定しているのですが

スマホでプレビューしようとすると「サポートされていない形式です」とエラーが出て

［Nobel］を指定したフォントが全て置き換わってしまいます。

こちら何か解決する方法はありますでしょうか？

 

環境：mac Mojave（10.14.6）、XD（25.2.12.3）

    That's strange...

    For the sake of testing (to diagnose the issue), could you try using some text on the same screen, with a different variety (bold or light italic) of the Nobel font, and any other Adobe font ? And also test the preview by saving a cloud-based version of your file (with Nobel text) and previewing it in the XD app by loading it from your cloud (not directly by cable) ?

    Make sure you're using the latest update of the app.

      Are you using the Nobel font from Adobe CC font directory ?

      And how do you preview it, by Live preview in the XD app ?

      There might be a short moment in which such font is lacking,

      but it should start rendering correctly right after that.

      こんにちは。

      Adobe Fontsに「Nobel」は追加しています。

      ライブプレビューはPCとiPhoneをLightning Cableで接続して行なっています。

      PCでのブラウザプレビューでは「Nobel」が正常に表示されています。

      iPhoneでのみ発生している事象です。

      We are sorry to hear you are having trouble previewing the design in XD. Would you mind telling us if it's happening with this specific font or with all the fonts? We would also suggest updating XD to the latest version (25.3).

        こんにちは

         

        今のところ「Nobel」のみで発生しています。全てのフォントで試し切れていませんが、少なくとも「SF Pro」では発生していません。

        バージョンを25.3.12.1にアップデートしましたが解決しませんでした。

        Thank you for sharing the additional information. I have tried replicating the same at our end on Mac 10.15 and it worked fine. Would you mind trying on any other machine? Please see the attached image:
