The mention of iTunes makes me think he's trying to install the mobile app, to then view prototypes. It's in the US store, it's in the Japanese store, but it's not in the Chinese store.

What 朝伟张 meant was: why can't he find the Adobe XD app in the AppStore for China(China Mainland/PRC)?

I'm living in China, and having the same trouble.

Any solution?

Hi 朝伟张,

I am sorry that I am unable to understand the query properly. Could you please elaborate on the situation? Are you trying to install Chinese version of Adobe XD?

Thanks,
