左カラムに表示される、青いボタンの意味を教えてください。

Adobe XD (us) から Adobe XDフォーラム (jp) に移動しました。

また二つの投稿について、同じ内容とみなしてマージしました。

For freezing issues, please share a few more details like:

1. The version of XD.
2. Is it freezing on this file or multiple files?
3. Please collect system logs by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
4. Please collect spin dump by following the steps shared here:

• Launch Task Manager
• Select the Adobe XD process
• Right click on the Adobe XD process
• Select “Create dump file”
• This will generate a binary file

Please add both the files to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.

Windows10で使用しています。

XDを立ち上げることも時間がかかるようになったのですが、

特に3人で共有編集しているファイルの起動に大変時間がかかるようになり、

以下のような状態になります。

解決方法をご教示ください。

1. 起動するとなぜか、「終了しています」メッセージが表示
2. 起動する過程で、削除したはずの画面が多数表示される
3. 左カラムに「すべての(9)を更新」ボタンが表示される
4. 少し触っただけで動かなくなる
5. XD自体を終了できなくなる（タスクマネージャーで終了する）

（私が共有ファイルの親ですが、子のデザイナーは以上のような問題は無いように見えます）
