Creative Clouds Files 폴더에 있던 파일이 통째로 사라져버렸습니다.

같은 아이디로 로그인하신것이 맞는지 한번 확인해보시는 게 좋을 듯 합니다. 만약 2개 이상의 어도비 계정이 있어서 실수로 다른 아이디로 로그인하셨다면 파일이 사라진 것처럼 보일수도 있습니다.

check the deleted files folder online and make sure you're using the correct adobe id. ie, if you have more than one adobe id, that (you're using the wrong adobe id) is probably why it appears your files are removed.
