Healing brush has stopped working???

I have asked this before with no answer. Why is the healing brush all of a sudden lagging like crazy? It is impossible to work like this? PSCC 24.7.5, Windows11 Pro, X64, X670MB, 96G ram, AMD Ryzen 7950X 16-core processor, AMD Radeon 7950XT

Healing Brush Fix:

  1. Use Alt/Option to set the source.
  2. Work on the correct layer.
  3. Reset brush settings.
  4. Update Photoshop or your system.
  5. Bottleneck issue? Upgrade RAM or GPU.
