라이브러리 동기화 오류

    Creative Cloud 문제 해결 기능으로 App 종료

     

    • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop 앱을 열어서 Ctrl + Alt + T 를 눌러주세요.
    • Close Creative Cloud and Related Processes를 체크 후, Go 버튼을 선택 해 App을 종료 해주세요.

     

     

     

    2.백그라운드에서 실행 중인 Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer 종료

    • Ctrl + Shif +Esc 를 눌러 "작업 관리자"창을 실행 해주세요.
    • 백그라운드 프로세스에서 실행 중인 "Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer" 찾아 종료 해주세요.

     

     

    3.Creative Cloud Desktop App 실행 후 확인합니다.

    답신을 주셔서 고맙습니다. 

    제 운영체재는 mac os 이며 , 이런 동기화 오류 현사은 2023.10.부터 생겼는데 그당시 제가 컬렉션에 215 사진을 한번에 올린이후 오류가 나타나 서둘러 새로 올린 사진을 제거 한후에 다음캡쳐 모양의 현상이 나타납니다. 해결책이 있는지 궁금합니다.
