앱 다운로드시 303 오류

동생과 한 계정으로 사용하려는데 제 컴퓨터에서 creative cloud 깔고 앱을 설치하려는데

계속 303 오류만 뜨네요...

creative cloud를 몇번이나 삭제하고 설치했는지 모르겠네요 adobe관련된 폴더도 모두 삭제하고 다시 깔았는데도 안깔립니다
