Adobe Cretive cloud 설치 후 업데이트만 계속 진행됨

Adobe Cretive Cloud  설치 후 실행하면 계속 업데이트를 위한 "재설치"와 "종료" 버튼만 보이며 "재설치" 버튼을 통한 업데이트를 계속 진행하고 재실행하여도 동일한 화면만 나옵니다. 프로그램 설치를 위한 화면으로 전환되지 않아서 설치를 진행할 수 없습니다.

    We need to see a screen shot of what you are asking about. I personally have never seen any screen or option to Reinstall. I have only seen options to Install, Uninstall through the menu that comes up by clicking the 3 DOTS and Update when and if therre is an update for a program.

     

    I think you need to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner program to remove all adobe software ands then reinstall the CC DTA and then your programs.

     

    Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

     

    Beofre you run that tool make a backup, on some other hard drive, of your program preferences and any other files you want to retain.
