CC 결제후 사용이 안되고 플랜에도 안뜹니다

분명 결제는 들어갔는데 사용은 안되고(체험판 끝났으니 사라고함) 주문결제내역도 있는데 플랜에는 무료체험판이라고 뜹니다

 

다른 카드로 결제하면 또 되구요
