Creative cloud 학생연간플랜이 이제 곧 만료기간이 다 되어서 해지하려구하는데 학생연간플랜은 해지가 인터넷으로 안되더라구요...
그래서 전화로 해지하려고 전화를 걸었는데 일주일째 걸어도 받을 생각을 안하고...하아
이러다 또 3월에 결제되면 1년동안 결제해야되거나 중간에 해지하면 남은 기간 반에 해당하는 금액을 내야한다고 그러는데 기간넘길까봐 맨날 조마조마하면서 전화걸어요
진짜 소비자 우롱하는거 아니면 전화좀 받고 해지해주시죠
