The first time I start the uninstaller, I get a window that says it will run but will stop working soon.(내가 언인스톨러를 처음 시작했을때는 실행이 되지만 곧 작동이 중단되었다는 창이 나온다)

We're really sorry for the poor experience.
As you have mentioned you are unable to uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app because the CC uninstaller stops working after launch, could you please let us know if you have any anti-virus, internet security software or system optimizer software installed on your machine?
These apps can cause the Creative Cloud desktop app or other CC apps to stop working, specially a system optimizer software.
I would request you to turn off these apps for the time being and then follow the steps given in the below thread's to manually remove Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine:
