결제 취소

어도비 월 결제 한지 1주일됐는데 프로그램 쓸 일이 없어져서 결제 취소하려고합니다.

안녕하세요 결제가 중복이되어 오늘 결제한 플랜을 취소히고 기존꺼그대로 할려고 합니다 왜냐면 저는 이중으로 결제 되는걸 몰랐어요 기존 그대로 사용할려고 합니다

제가 30800원 자동결제가 오늘 되었고 그걸 취소히고 더 저렴한 요금으로 결제 할려고 해서 결제를 했는데 에중으로 요금이 나갔어요 차라리 20900원 건을 취소 해주세요. 그냥 기존 30800으로 이용을 한달 더 할께요
