포토샵과 일러스트 2가지 항목

연간 플랜 월결제 하였는데

자꾸 등록번호를 입력하라고 합니다

홈페이지도 자꾸 결제페이지만 반복해서 나오네요

카드내역과 메일을 보면 결제는 확실히 되었습니다

연간플랜 월결제는 등록번호 등록 없이 활성화 되는 것으로 알고 있는데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

참고로 컴퓨터 사양 때문에 cc ver.이 아닌 cs6으로 다운로드 받았습니다
