카드에 돈 부족으로 정기결제가 되지 않았는데

아예 결제를 취소할 순 없나요?

      You can not self cancel if there are unresolved payement issues. You need to contact customer care in this case.

      If you have an annual, pay monthly, program then you promised to pay for the year. Adobe generously let you cancel early and charge only half what is left. Your debt remains even if your card does not have enough, so you will have to clear the debt.
