인터넷이 연결되어 있는데 인터넷에 연결하고 다시 시도하시오라고 뜨네요

인터넷에 연결이 되어있는 상태로 일련번호를 입력한뒤에 확인버튼을 눌러보니깐 이렇게 뜨내요... 어떻게 해야하나요
