취소하려고하는데 취소수수료는 뭔가요?

취소수수료가 있는줄 전혀 모르고있었습니다 

사용할기간에는 정식으로 돈내고 사용하고싶어서 결제한건데

사용할일이 전혀없어지니까 취소할때 수수료를 내라고하네요???

고지를 전혀 못봤는데요.. 

어떻게 수수료 없이 취소 가능한가요?

      취소 약관

      귀하는 가입을 언제든지 귀하의 Adobe 계정페이지를 통해 또는 고객 지원 센터에 연락하여 취소할 수 있습니다*. 최초 주문 후 14일 이내에 취소하는 경우 전액 환불됩니다. 14일 이후 취소하는 경우에는 남아 있는 약정 의무 기간의 50%에 해당하는 위약금이 일시불로 부과되며 서비스는 해당 월의 결제 기간이 종료되는 시점까지 지속됩니다.

      취소 수수료없이 해지하고자하는 경우에는 12 개월 째의 마지막 청구가 끝난 날부터 업데이트 전날까지 해약 수속이 필요합니다.

        In Addition to this excellent answer: The cancellation fee is due when cancelling an annual subscription early. A monthly subscription (not to confound with annual subscription paid monthly) does not bear any cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is part of the subscription terms you agree upon when taking the subscription.
