포토샵 설치 후 실행 불가능

체험판 구매후 포토샵 설치를 완료했습니다.  어플이 실행되지 않습니다. 실행하는 창이 뜨다가 오류창이 뜨며 오류보고서 창이 뜹니다.  어플을 삭제하고 다운로드 계속 반복해도 똑같은 오류 창이 뜹니다. 호환성도 검토해봤지만 호환성 문제는 아니었습니다. 오류 보고서 창이 뜨길래 답신 받는 이메일을 적어놓고 회신 기다리는 중입니다. 다른 해결 방법이 있다면 알려주세요.

What you were doing when the problem occurred

Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages

Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

To insert screenshots, please use the "Insert Photos" icon in the toolbar, so that we don't have to download them.
