프리미어 프로 결제 취소해주세요

프리미어 프로를 결제했는데 취소하고싶습니다. 전화 서비스 이용했었는데 프리미어 프로는 지원 대상이 아니라고 해서요. 결제 취소는 어떻게 해야 할까요
