색상 프로파일 오류

색상프로파일에 관한 질문이 있습니다.

현재 저의 일러스트레이터는 컬러세팅이 아래와 같이 설정되어 있습니다. 

U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2로 저장된 파일을 불러올때 아래와 같은 메시지가 뜹니다. 

Your current color setting discard CMYK profiles in linked content but
profiles were set tobe honored when this document was created

앱의 색상 프로파일이 U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2이고

열은 파일의 색상 프로파일도  U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2  입니다. 

둘 다  U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2  인데 왜 저런 문구가 뜨는것일까요?

그리고 Preserve Embedded Profiles과 Preserve Numbers (Ignore Linked Profile)의 차이점은 무엇인가요?
