개인용으로 구매 하려고 하는데, 연간 구매를 사면 1년만 사용할 수 있고, 매년 구매를 해야하는건가요?

또 한개를 구입하면 크리에이티브 클라우드를 통해서 데스크탑과 노트북 두가지로 모두 이용 가능한가요?

CC is a subscription, you basically rent the application(s); you can subscribe to single applications, or to the whole CC with all applications.
