어찌해봐도 나머지를 볼 수 없습니다.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Adobe has launched Illustrator v25.2 today. I'd request updating your app to the latest version & see if you still have the similar behavior.

I'm running Illustrator 25.1 on Windows, and my Adobe Color Themes panel is the full width. It could possibly be the difference in the language versions. I would recommend reporting it to the Illustrator team at https://illustrator.uservoice.com.
