오브젝트 모양 처리 오류 Object Shape Processing Error

An error occurred while processing the appearance of the object. <3D axis center rotation>

일러스트 재설치도 해보고 새버전도 설치했는데 이렇게 뜨네요... 어떻게 해결하죠? 뭐가 문제인 거죠?

I tried re-installation and new version installation but it happened again. What's the cause you think? How can I fix it?
