와콤과 충돌후 일러스트레이터 안 켜짐

와콤 타블렛 드라이버 삭제 후 최신 버전 깔고 재시동,

와콤 프로그램 삭제 후 재시동 등 여러 방법에 걸쳐 해봐았지만

일러스트레이터가 안 켜집니다.

시동 되다가 바로 초기화 글, 그림 나오고 응답 없음! (검은 화면 창)

어떻게 하면 될까요?
