일러스트 파일이 열리지않습니다.

Question

일러스트를 클릭하면 저렇게 ?가 떠서 활성화에 오류가 생기고, 파일을 열려고하면 저렇게 뜹니다.

몇시간전까지 잘 작업하다가 저렇게 뜨더니 모든 파일을 열어도 작업물이 보이지않습니다.

심지어 제가 클라우드 메모리를 봤는데, 충분히 여유공간이 많이 남아있어 뭐가 오류가 생긴건지..빨리 작업을 해야는데 ㅜㅜ

Mac을 사용하는 것처럼 보이지만 OS 버전은 무엇입니까? 또한 Illustrator 버전을 알려주세요.
여러 버전이 설치되어 있으면 모든 Illustrator를 제거하고 최신 버전을 하나만 해보면 개선할지도 모릅니다.

You seem to be using a Mac, what is the OS version? Also, please tell me the version of Illustrator.
If you have multiple versions installed, uninstalling all Illustrator and using only the latest version may help.
