일러스트레이터 프로그램 오작동
안녕하세요,
Creative Cloud 설치 후 포토샵 / 일러스트레이터 프로그램 설치를 하였으나
포토샵은 작동이 되지만 일러스트레이터는 작동이 되지 않습니다.
삭제후 재설치 / 한국 어도비 직원에게 제안받은 Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool까지 사용하여 보았는데도
여전히 일러스트레이터만 작동이 되지 않는데, 확인 후 답변 부탁드립니다.
