일러스트레이터 화면

어도비 일러스트레이터를 시작하기 전에 이전에 갑자기 종료된 적이 있다, 이런식의 창이 떴었습니다.

새로 시작을 하겠다고 누르고 켜니까 실행이 안되고, 아무 화면도 뜨지 않습니다.

삭제하고 다시 해봤는데도 여전히 그러고 이전버전으로 설치해도 변함이 없습니다.

도와주실 수 있나요?

아니면 저는 아예 일러스트 사용을 못하는건가요?

    I’ll appreciate if you understand what I say, cause I’m not good at English.

    First of all, I use my computer everyday.

    I logged in as an Admin.

    I just updated.

    It’s the first time happened.

    System is Windows 10, the newest version.

    But, before updated, there was a small window.

    It says, ’There was a sudden closed. Do you want to open your latest saved work?’

    So I picked ‘No, thanks.’

    Then, this is happening now.

    I deleted Illustrator, and launched again but I failed.

    When I launched an old version, I failed.

    I opened a file I made, but still, I failed.

    It stopped, and I cannot click anything.

    The worse thing is, I cannot open Adobe homepage after this happened. (I’m writting with iPad)

    Can you solve this problem?

    If you are lucky, this is just an error with your preferences file.

    You can try and reset it. Illustrator에서 환경 설정을 지정하는 방법

    If that doesn't work, it may be necessary that you uninstall and reinstall again

    When uninstalling and re-installing Illustrator it is good practice to use the Adobe Cleaner tool in between
