창을 여러개 켜면 오류가 뜨면서 저장이 안 된 상태로 종료가 되요

오류 해결 방안으로 older version의 hancom software를 new version으로 변경하라고 하는데 

저의 PC에는 hancom이 아예 없어서 해결방안으로 파악되지 않습니다.
