After FaceExpressionPresets.psp to FaceExpressionPresets.psp.old, my computer shows me a blue screen

Hello. I am using Photoshop.

One day, a notification came up. It said, "Face Expression file is bad or corrupted"

So I looked up the internet and changed "FaceExpressionPresets.psp" to "FaceExpressionPresets.psp.old" after that, my computer showed me blue screens a lot.

Can you check what's wrong?
