Photoshop API 를 사용하고 싶은데 권한이 없는거 같은데 어떻게 해야 사용할 수 있나요?

1 Adobe Developer Console 접속 -> 로그인 -> 새 프로젝트 생성 -> "Create new project" 클릭 -> 프로젝트에서 "Add API" 
까지 진행했지만 Photoshop API 는 저에게 권한이 없는 것 같습니다. 확인 부탁드립니다.
