"Save As" pops up twice.

I usually press Ctrl+Shift+S to save a file as a different name after working in Photoshop, but since a recent update, the save message window pops up twice every time I press Ctrl+Shift+S. What should I do? It only pops up once when I press it while not working, but if I press Ctrl+Shift+E followed by Ctrl+Shift+S, the save message window appears twice. ㅠㅠ Please tell me how to fix this.
