        Hi there,

         

        Sorry that Toolbar is missing from Photoshop.

         

        Would you mind restoring the toolbar to default? Selecting Window > Workspace > Essentials (Default) or Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials can  restore the default Toolbar.

         

        If that does not help, try restoring the preferences for Photoshop & see if it helps? To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop
