시작과 동시에 알트 컨트롤 쉬프트도 눌러보고언어 설정에서 앱 설정도 바꿔보고드라이버도 최신으로 맞추고설정에서 그래픽카드 관련된 내용도 체크해보고다해봤지만 여전히 파일열기만 하면 작동중지가 됩니다노트북을 새로 구매한 것이라...i7 8세대랑 맞지 않는 것인지..
