포토샵 설치오류 (잘 사용하던 중 갑자기 안켜짐)

안녕하세요
포토샵 오류 문의드려요.
결제 후 잘 사용하다가 어느날 갑자기 열리지가 않고
An unrecoverble problem has occurred.
Photoshop will now exit.
A required application library failed to load and the product cannot continue.
Please reinstall the application.
이렇게 두개의 팝업창이 켜집니다.
모두 삭제하고 다시 설치해도 같은 상황이며, 저장되는 드라이브에도 용량을 비워두었는데 같은 오류가 반복됩니다.
어떻게 해야 하나요 ㅠㅠ
