Creative Cloud 플랜에서 판매중인 상품을 정상 카드결제를 했지만 지금 프리미어 프로를 계속 다시 구매하라는 문구가 떠있습니다.

Creative Cloud 플랜에서 판매중인 상품을 정상 카드결제를 했지만 지금 프리미어 프로를 계속 다시 구매하라는 문구가 떠있습니다.(사진 첨부)

그리고 주문내역에도 아무런 내역이 없는걸로 나옵니다.

카드사의 결제 안내문자도 정상적으로 와있는상태인데 왜 이런 상태가 계속인건지요??
