Import 오류에 관해 질문 드립니다.

파일을 저장하려고 할때 아래와 같은 오류 메세지가 생성되고 저장이 되지 않습니다. 어떤 문제인지 확인 부탁드립니다. 아무 문제 없이 잘 사용하고 있었는데 어느 순간 부터 이렇습니다.

"File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of 123.mp4. Reading and writing this file's metadat (XMP) has been disabled."

어떻게 저장을 해야 하나요?
