Why do shortcuts fail when using the Korean input method in Adobe Premiere Pro (v26.2.2)?

I am using Premiere Pro version 26.2.2. There is no need to ask for my hardware specifications, as this is not a hardware issue.

When the Korean keyboard input system is active, shortcuts do not work at all. Other software programs handle this without any issues. Calling this a mere "technical limitation" is unacceptable, as Korean users have suffered from this exact problem for several years now without a fix.

Ignoring a specific linguistic region for years while fixing it for others feels like a deliberate omission and discrimination against Korean users. I demand that your development team prioritize and resolve this long-overdue issue immediately.
