지금 문의 시간도 끝났다는데,

문의를 무슨 메일로 받는게 아니라, 시간 정해놓고 채팅으로 받나요?

    Hi there!

    We're sorry about this. The screenshot is saying that you're using different versions of both the application. Premiere Pro 2020 and Media Encoder 2021. This could be the reason you're getting this message. I'd recommend you update your Premiere Pro accordingly and see if that helps.
