AI/EPS Vector Upload Issue Ongoing for Over One Week

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,

I am contacting you regarding the ongoing issue preventing contributors from uploading AI and EPS vector files to Adobe Stock.

This issue has now persisted for over a week, and it is significantly affecting my ability to submit new vector content and continue my regular contributor activity.

As this is not an individual file issue but appears to be a broader problem with the Adobe Stock upload system, I would appreciate a clear update regarding the current status of the issue.

Could you please provide:

1. Confirmation that Adobe is actively working on the AI/EPS upload issue.
2. The current status of the investigation or repair.
3. An estimated time for resolution (ETA), if available.

For contributors who regularly create and sell vector content, being unable to upload AI/EPS files for more than a week directly affects our ability to publish and monetize new work.

I understand that technical issues can take time to resolve, but given the duration of this outage, I believe contributors should be provided with a clearer status update and an estimated restoration timeline.

I would appreciate your response regarding when AI/EPS uploads are expected to become available again.
